Awareness almost always comes suddenly, and it hurts, you stagger, you stagger, you stagger, a vorax opens under your feet.
But, immediately afterwards, it allows you to give things the right position, it gives you a different perspective than that of narcissistic expectations, of the self-centred need felt as a right.
And the next step is freedom. The real one. That obliges you to honesty, transparency, presence.
And it is the most effective antidote against fear.
